Installation Quick Guide
  • Simply plug the USB cable to your motherboard, match the Red wire to your board manual +5V pin; or the black wire to the Ground pin
  • Connect the SATA cable to your onboard SATA port (Sample picture 3)
  • ZE-C118 comes in a 10 pin USB connector like below picture; and you need one 10 pin onboard USB port on your motherboard; follow the above guideline to plug the 10 pin header to the onboard USB port (see Sample picture 1 & 2)
  • ZE-C218 comes in two USB connectors; a 4 pin (onboard) USB connector and a Type A USB 3.0 connector; plug the 4 pin internal USB connector header to your onboard USB port by following above step  (see Sample picture 2) and route the Type A USB 3.0 connector out to the back of the I/O plate via the PCI bracket and plug it on the back USB 3.0 port like picture below
  • Check your BIOS setting to see if you need to "Enable USB Device"

    Most of the USB 3.0 connections are resided on the I/O plate at the back of the motherboard, so, the USB 3.0 cable(s) will need to be routed out of the PCI slot and connected to the back of the I/O input. The PCI bracket comes in with the package
